| The Procure to Pay cycle is, in most businesses, the single largest

| Enterprise Data Integrity |
|
| Enterprise data integrity is a function that analyses the
utilisation and quality of master, configuration and transactional
data in
virtually any ERP system. This is a critical area as it highlights
the integrity of the data used for managing activities on the ERP
system. The CEC solution contains data testing algorithms that
analyses and reports on the process of population and validity
of critical configuration, master and transactional data within the
ERP system. This provides information on the number of data
records containing the specified problems and from a tactical and
data cleanup point of view, the percentage of records containing
the selected errors. By recording “point-in-time” snapshots of the
error, businesses can monitor whether the integrity of the data

application can be utilised as a standalone scoring system. However,

products since it is implemented with a set of pre-determined
performance indicators. The aim is to provide the business with 75%
of their scoreboard pre-built, providing instant results and
